It is poorly maintained and the balance of your accounts are never updated properly, you make purchases thinking you have enough and you find out months later that you have an overdraft, might as well go back to using your checkbook to keep track of your account rather than download a not so convenient app wasting space on your mobile device. When asked if there was anything else she could do, I asked if there were a way I could combine my business accounts to the same login, so I was transferred to another adept rep who talked me through and now all my business as well as personal accounts are on the same app!! Evidently, however, a feature I really like with the app seems to be disabled once I added the business accounts to my profile. I no longer have facial recognition even though the feature is turned on in my System controls. I hope the is something that can be resolved. There has been a recent change that breaks the login process. I have to answer security questions or have a code sent to my phone just to get into my accounts. This new problem has been since the new update 5 days ago,, This app has now actually gotten worse,, :::: This I put in sometime ago.. This should not happen while you're actively using the app,, when you are right in the middle of a transaction especially,, this didn't happen on the older app.. The same screen frequently appears when accessing accounts via the web browser on my laptop. Clearly, Key is currently having issues with an app that used to work very well. The last several days I can not even login to view balances. It prompts you to register your device and asks several security questions only to then sign automatically out. I hope this is something that is quickly resolved as it is very inconvenient! I have been unable to deposit checks using this app for several weeks now and have had to visit the bank. I will switch banks to be able to enjoy this convenience. We had to drive an hour just to get to the closest branch and it was for nothing! I am so disappointed and ready to switch banks at this point. So, please fix this. The dial just spins and spins. It will let me enter my login info and click the sign I button while the dial just spins. No options for fingerprint login! I pay my bills thru online bill pay and this is very frustrating!
